Water Falls
Some of the attractiveness of the property as developer are the water features located on the property-the enjoyment for home owners and their guests are the ability to explore the property. Located in the common area is a " Water Fall Trail" of "mild" ascent leading to the first of two waterfalls. As the final phase is under construction another waterfall will be accessible for the enjoyment of the community.
Barn originally Built in the 1900's
Some of the charm about the community is the barn located in the common area. As difficult as it is to believe the land was used for farming by previous owners. The terrain plowed by an Ox and a horse that was the source for caring the crops yield to the local mill for processing and for going to town.
Walking Trails
The community currently has two walking trails. Chacota trail is a 'mild to moderate' trail leading to a growth of laurel cover. At the upper most north corner of the community is the second trail located in the common area. It's a mild walk over two foot bridges leading to a waterfall.
